Welcome to Gosseep. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gosseep mobile application ("App"), operated by Gosseep ("we", "us", "our"). By using Gosseep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gosseep. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to access the App.

2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing either:
1. Unique Display Name
2. Verified Email Address (via Firebase Authentication)
3. Password
Or
4. Google Sign-In information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or impersonate others.

3. User Content
You may post content ("gossips") through the App using your display name. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you agree that it:
• Does not violate any laws
• Does not contain hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Does not exploit, endanger, or harm minors
• Does not contain Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in sexual contexts
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Complies with community standards set by Gosseep
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion and take appropriate action against accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Moderation
Gosseep allows users to report inappropriate content. We may:
• Remove or restrict content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Report illegal content to law enforcement when legally required
• Notify users via in-app messaging when action is taken

5. User Conduct
By using Gosseep, you agree not to:
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Harass, bully, or defame others
• Engage in grooming, sexual exploitation, or harmful communication with minors
• Upload or share any form of CSAM
• Attempt to access accounts or data that is not yours
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the App's functionality
• Impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malware or malicious content

6. Child Safety & Prohibited Content
Gosseep maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Child sexual exploitation
• Grooming or inappropriate communication with minors
• Content sexualizing or depicting minors
• Attempts to obtain sexual material from a minor
If we detect or receive reports of CSAM or exploitation:
1. The content will be removed immediately
2. The account will be suspended or terminated
3. The case may be reported to law enforcement
We comply with all applicable child safety laws.

7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. However, your previously posted gossips may remain in the system (without identifiable personal data) for platform integrity, safety, and moderation history. We may suspend or permanently terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs associated with Gosseep (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gosseep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. ________________________________________
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Your use of the App
• Content posted by other users
• Account access or loss
• Security breaches or data issues beyond our control

11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
